Email That Reaches the Inbox

Email programs rarely fail at the template. They fail in the spam folder — an unauthenticated sending domain, a list nobody has pruned in three years, and a complaint rate quietly sitting above what Google tolerates. We build in Klaviyo, and we fix the sending domain before we write campaign one.

What We Actually Run

One platform, one person on the account, and a scope narrow enough to name. If it is not on this list, we do not do it — and you will hear that on the call, not after you have signed.

Deliverability & Authentication

The first month is DNS records and reputation, not design. Nothing sends at volume until the domain is authenticated and monitored.

  • Dedicated sending subdomain
  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC
  • Google Postmaster Tools connected

List Hygiene & Segmentation

Dead addresses come off the list before they cost you the domain. Segments are cut on clicks and purchases — never on opens.

  • Hard bounces suppressed on send
  • 180-day sunset policy
  • No purchased or scraped lists

Lifecycle Automation

The sequences that run without you: what happens when someone asks for a quote and goes quiet, and what happens a year after the job is finished.

  • Welcome and quote follow-up
  • Past-customer reactivation
  • Triggered on behaviour, not blasted

Campaign Copy & Design

Written by the same person who set up the domain. The subject line, the offer and the page the click lands on are one job, not three handoffs.

  • Offer written before the template
  • Image-light builds that read with images off
  • A/B tests scored on clicks

E-commerce Flows

For stores on Shopify or WooCommerce, Klaviyo reads the catalogue directly — so the email knows what the customer left in the cart and what they already own.

  • Abandoned cart and browse abandonment
  • Post-purchase and replenishment
  • Revenue attributed per flow

Reporting You Can Argue With

We do not report open rate. Apple Mail Privacy Protection pre-loads tracking pixels for Apple Mail users whether or not anyone reads the email, so the number went up while nothing changed.

  • Clicks, replies and revenue
  • Spam rate and DMARC pass rate
  • One monthly report, written by James Price

How We Protect Your Sending Domain

This is the part most email work skips, and it is the part that decides whether anything else on this page matters. A domain that lands in spam makes every other decision irrelevant.

Authentication First

Records go up before campaign one, on a sending subdomain rather than your root domain — so a bad send cannot take your invoices and your quote replies down with it.

  • SPF and DKIM aligned
  • DMARC at p=none, then p=quarantine
  • Subdomain sending, root protected

Domain Warmup

A new sending domain does not go to twenty thousand people on day one. We start with whoever clicked or bought most recently and raise the volume in steps, watching complaints on the way up.

  • Most-engaged segment first
  • Volume stepped up weekly
  • Ramp paused when complaints move

List Hygiene

Hard bounces are suppressed immediately. Anyone who has not clicked or bought in 180 days gets a sunset sequence and then comes off the list. Clicks decide that, because opens no longer can.

  • Immediate hard-bounce suppression
  • 180-day click-based sunset
  • Consent source recorded per list

Reputation Monitoring

Google Postmaster Tools is connected on day one and read every week: domain reputation, spam rate, DMARC pass rate. Microsoft SNDS as well when your list skews Outlook.

  • Postmaster Tools checked weekly
  • Microsoft SNDS where it matters
  • DMARC reports read, not just filed

Complaints & Unsubscribes

One-click list-unsubscribe headers on every send — Google and Yahoo have required them of bulk senders since February 2024. The visible unsubscribe link stays visible, not 6pt grey.

  • RFC 8058 one-click unsubscribe
  • Sending stops above 0.10% complaints
  • Preference page, not a dead end

If You Are Already Blocklisted

That is a diagnosis before it is a project. We check the major blocklists, read the DMARC reports, and tell you whether the domain is repairable or whether you should stop sending from it. Sometimes the honest answer is to send nothing at all for a few weeks.

  • Blocklist and DMARC diagnosis
  • Repair or replace, called honestly
  • No campaigns until it is clean

Email Marketing Investment

Starting at $800/month

Principal-led. James Price sets up the domain, writes the campaigns and reads the reports. No account manager relaying messages, and nobody junior inheriting the file after you sign.

  • Domain authentication and warmup
  • Klaviyo build, migration and segmentation
  • Campaign copy, design and scheduling
  • Automated flows built and maintained
  • Monthly report on clicks, revenue and spam rate

Klaviyo bills its own subscription directly to you and it scales with your list size — that is not part of this number, and we would rather you heard it now than on the first invoice.
