Patriot Water System sells and installs water softeners and drinking water systems in Bulverde, Texas, and ships the Freedom RV Water Softener nationwide. We built their WooCommerce website on WordPress and run their SEO. The store sells to Hill Country homeowners and RV owners across the country.

The brief
A WooCommerce store for local installs and national shipping.
Homeowners in Bulverde, Spring Branch, Blanco and Canyon Lake want a free in-home consultation and a softener sized to their house. RV owners anywhere want the Freedom shipped to them. The store had to book consultations, sell systems online and explain hard water to buyers who had never tested theirs.

What we built for Patriot Water System.
Patriot Water System sells and installs water softeners and drinking water systems in Bulverde, Texas, and ships the Freedom RV Water Softener nationwide. Grindstone Design built its WooCommerce store on WordPress and runs its SEO every month. The store sorts whole-house softeners by bathrooms and household size and lists a price on every drinking water system. Free in-home consultations are booked from the same pages that sell online, and RV owners get a section of their own. Monthly SEO articles answer the questions buyers search before they buy a water softener, and each one links to the system that solves the problem. Seven months into the SEO work, website visitors were up more than 500%, in founder Anton Montgomery’s words. Patriot now has first-page Google rankings.
Brand in use

We set up Patriot’s navy and red logo as clean files for the website header, product labels, shipping boxes, business cards and stickers. Every piece uses the same colors and type.
Store
Water softeners sorted by house size.
Patriot 1, 2 and 3 are sorted by number of bathrooms and household size. Each product page lists grain capacity, chlorine removal and warranty. The Freedom RV Water Softener has its own section for RV and fifth-wheel owners. “Shop Now” and “Need a Consultation?” sit side by side for buyers who want to talk first.
Mobile
A store designed for mobile shoppers.
On a phone, Patriot Water System’s store keeps the phone number one tap away. Price, financing and install location sit right under the product photo.
Drinking systems
Drinking water systems, with prices on every product.
Patriot’s alkaline filters, the Liberty line, reverse osmosis, UV and the Victory diverter are in one collection with prices on the grid. Each product page lists the filter stages and what each cartridge removes.
SEO & content
SEO that put Patriot on the first page of Google.
We write articles that answer the questions people search before they buy a water softener, like what softener resin is and when to replace it. Each article links to the system that solves the problem, with a “Talk to a water quality expert” form beside it. We review Search Console every month and report on rankings, traffic and the next pages to write.
