Bonita BVI
A website and custom operations software for a VIP airport service in the British Virgin Islands.
Bonita meets travelers at the aircraft door in the British Virgin Islands and walks them through immigration, a private lounge and out to their car in minutes. We designed and developed the website, built Bonita Airport Ops, the custom operations app the team runs on, and ship updates to both every month.
British Virgin Islands
The brief
A VIP airport website and custom operations software.
Guests see a gold and navy website and a host waiting at the aircraft. Behind that, the team manages flights, delays, vouchers and partner resorts. We built the website to sell the service and the software to run the daily operation.
Website
A VIP airport website for guests.
The hero has a live next-arrival card and two buttons, Reserve VIP arrival and Reserve VIP departure. Each airport is marked now serving, opening soon or coming later.

Passes & membership
One-time passes, annual memberships and group passes.
Pricing is on the page. One-time passes and annual memberships toggle side by side, with what every option includes stated once above them. Groups and family reunions get their own path, with bulk vouchers, one coordinator and one invoice.

Custom software
Custom operations software with every trip on one board.
Arrivals and departures move across Not Confirmed, Confirmed, In Progress and Completed, with live flight status from a flight data API so the team sees delays early. Clients, billing, partners and resorts are managed in the same app.

Booking intake
Booking forms that fill in automatically.
Bookings arrive as emails, texts and screenshots from resorts and travel agents. The team drops in a screenshot or pastes the text, Claude reads it, and the guest, service, flight, airline, date and time appear in the form. The team checks the details and saves the booking.

Reports & maintenance
Monthly reports for the owners.
The reports screen shows trips, on-time flights, completion rate, handling time and guest rating, with trips by hour and the mix of arrivals and departures. Every month we update the website, keep hosting current and ship app changes based on what the team needs.

“We update the app every month based on feedback from the team.”
